Does it seem too good to be true? Do you think that if they could really beat the roulette tables they would be selling their software for , , 0 or whatever they want, and not just raking much much much more than that for themselves?

The only thing a bot would give you an advantage in, assuming its a fair RNG, is in games where the player has an advantage over the house when played correctly. The best table game for this is blackjack where the player has a 2% advantage over the house if they play within strict guidelines. in roullette the advantage is definitely to the house. Look at the odds compared to the payouts.

Unless it is a really basic RNG that is not re-seeding itself frequently and using a weak seed such as a time, it will not be able to crack the RNG. Any respectable site is going to be using multiple random seeds that reset frequently. That is not crackable.

Sorry, but it’s the luck of the draw.

The gaming companies take great pains to ensure that their hardware and software is as random as possible. The reason for this is simple. If it were demonstrated in any way that a machine was biased or a pattern could be discerned in the way that machine operates, or it was compromised in any way, they would have their license suspended and all of their machines would be suspended from operation until everything was fixed.

The Nevada Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board don’t just give out licenses willy-nilly. Every piece of hardware and software in operation in Nevada is tested and audited by them. There are only a handful of people on their staff who are allowed to do that and they are security and credit checked to death before they can ever go near a machine. This is one of the tightest operations there is and they take their work very seriously.

Because I work in IT in the hotel/casino industry even I have to hold a Gaming Control Board license, and I don’t even work with casino systems!

Now, what is interesting is that all the slot machines in a given casino are linked to a Casino Management System (CMS). One variable that the casino can manipulate is a percentage of what’s paid in versus what’s paid out. By going to different casinos you will soon get a feel for which ones pay out more often. I tend to find that the more expensive the hotel, the more they pay out in their slot machines.

this isn’t just roulette though. any game which involves gambling…what about hi-lo number generator? can you make much off that?

A gambling book recommends the following “winning strategy” for the game of roulette. It recommends
that the gambler bet on red. If red appears (which has probability 18/38, then the gambler should take
her profit and quit. If the gambler loses this bet (which has probability 20/38 of occurring), she should
make additional bets on red on each of the next two spins of the roulette wheel and then quit. Let

The only way to come out ahead is to win on the first bet, or lose a buck and then win 1 buck back on *each* of the next two bets, since only winning on one of the three bets will put you down a buck.

So you get P(W) + P(L,W,W) = 18/38 + 20/38*18/38*18/38
= 18/38 + 6480/54872
= 25992+6840/54872
= 32832/54872,

which is approximately 0.59833795, or 59.8%.

So I have been looking at this site and it is selling a strategy for playing roulette (i know there are a million that just take your money). But one point they brough up was that in a casino, if you stand next to a roulette table with a pen and paper and start writing down what the ball lands on each time, you will eventually be asked to stop. They claim that the reason why they do this is because the casinos know that there is a proper wheel analysis that can beat the wheel. So i was thinking what if they are right? Has anyone ever tried this? Why else would they make you stop doing this?
