Does it mean your doubling the stakes that you next move will cause you overall hand to beat the dealers??

Most Casino’s in Las Vegas will let you double your initial bet at anytime, this depends on the particular tables rules. All you do is, put out the exact same or less amount of your initial bet and you receive one card. If you win, you will receive everything you wagered. Ok there is a standard that the gaming commission sets out that says they cant use more than this amount or less than this amount…i am talking about standard run of the mill blackjack for christ sake not one deck black jack or anything else like that….STANDARD BLACKJACK!!!!!!

it was 3 but now is 4 decks. 52 cards per deck means 208 cards overall.

buddy, from one American to a friend.
You do not go to an American casino to win.
You go there to spend your hard earned money and get wasted and then kicked to the curb by security. [figuratively speaking of course, this is online after all]
There is no system because there are no systems<---notice the "s" on that one.
All online casinos use random number generators with no set pattern just choose a random code that produces a random number.
My advice? find yourself a lucky rabbit and cutoff its foot. Then decide just how lucky a rabbit can be if it caught by an unlucky person. Now consider the horrors that go on in American prisons? Because if your caught, you go to prison, not jail, but prison.
If you do find a way, try your best not to get caught.
Tip: Find a way to "Mask" both your IP and MAC address.

Preferrably in Las Vegas, but if you know of any worldwide then post it. No online casino’s please, as I am untrusting of them since the US doesnt regulate them.
Or perhaps a reduced commission. I saw a mention of zero commission on a search engine, but couldnt find it among a long string of forum posts. 2-4% would be reduced commission, so if there are any in that range please list them.

Without taking Ties into account, the Bank hand is going to win MORE than 50% of the time. If a casino offered zero commission, they would lose money!

No – there is no casino on the planet that offers zero commission Baccarat.
