Here are a few things you need to know about playing the roulette in Vegas.
1) Roulette is a game of pure chance
2) There is no mathematical or statistical method to accurately predict where the ball is going to land.
3) The house always win with Roulette. No strategy can overcome the built-in house percentage.
4) Understand the house advantage with is 2.7% for a Single Zero wheel.
5) Get in, make your money, and get out.
6) Finally, In the end it is luck and not strategy that governs this game.

If I play blackjack with basic strategy how many games would I expect to win out of 10?
Question by Good guy: If I play blackjack with basic strategy how many games would I expect to win out of 10?

Answer by choko_canyon
On AVERAGE, you can expect to win about 4 out of 10 hands, possibly 5 out of 10. The trick is in knowing how to maximize your wins and minimize your losses. If you play perfectly, the house odds come down to about 53%/47% in their favor.

Do the casinos cheat you at Baccarat or have they in the past.?
Question by : Do the casinos cheat you at Baccarat or have they in the past.?
I usually don’t keep track of the third card conditions and when it should come out for the player and banker because I am too lazy to learn it myself. Should I trust the dealers to be honest and correct on doing the math and playing by the rules. Would the Pit Boss and surveillance team be honest enough to correct the dealers mistake if/when they do pick up on it themselves or they let favorable mistakes slide? I would appreciate answers from every knowledgeable and honest person. Thank you.

casinos have to run fair games – they have no intention of cheating you because you are already playing a game that favors the house –
plus in Baccarat you can bet on both sides player and banker – so cheating one side – could help the other side – and unless the table isnt full and only has 1 or 2 people and they both have bets on EITHER player or BANKER there is nothing for the house to gain by making mistakes and favoring player or banker
Over time with house edge – both bets are favored to lose money –
Casinos do not try to purposely CHEAT players of the their money when in theory they are cheating players legally
Dealers are human and not perfect – if they make a mistake and draw to player or banker when they shouldnt – if a player DOESNT call them on the rule of the game – if a pit boss or floor supervisor isnt watching and they rarely are especially watching for dealer error – the odds that Surveillance will call down and report the error and make them pay everyone for mistake is EXTREMELY RARE
Surveillance is looking to make sure people are not purposely in collusion and trying to cheat the game – if a dealer makes a rookie mistake, odds that someone will catch it and correct it is Slim
This type of thing happens VERY infrequently – most dealers KNOW ALL the rules of the games they deal and are very competent.
As a player I would recommend you know the rules – and if you think they messed up – dont be afraid to speak up – its your money on the line – and dealer mistakes are usually honest mistakes and they arent trying to cheat you . If you speak up, worse you can be is wrong – that’s better than being silent and losing money on a honest mistake.
the casinos make enough money fast enough – don’t be afraid to open your mouth if you believe they made an error!

What are the typical conditions of a blackjack table in a casino on the Vegas Strip?
Question by dreamyhotty: What are the typical conditions of a blackjack table in a casino on the Vegas Strip?
For example:
1)What is the average min-max, and what are the typical table rules and number of decks?
2)Are the tables normally crowded?
Best answer:
Answer by ZCT
1) I don’t think there is a typical average. Tables start as low as $ 5 (off peak, cheap casinos) and go much much higher. The upper limit will typically be 100 times the low limit, or around there. But it seems to vary from one place to another.
2) Tables are crowded at peak times, and less so off peak. So it completely depends when and where you go. It’s like saying, are restaurants busy in your home town? Sure they are, especially on a Friday or Saturday night during meal times. But show up at 5pm on a Tuesday, and they will be quiet.
As far as the rules and number of decks go, this varies a lot. In fact the web site Wizard of Odds states that their are at least 3,456 different combinations of rules that you can see. So there are lot of combinations.
Vegas has a lot of single deck blackjack these days. But on tables like this, they often pay blackjack out at a lower rate. So it isn’t a great game.

It is a scam. To beat roulette is a mathematical impossibility, as expressed by Einstein himself.
