Accurate Blackjack Basic Strategy Deviation Chart?
Question by PJ C: Accurate Blackjack Basic Strategy Deviation Chart?
I can count cards and I was wondering where on the internet I can find a chart that accurately deviates (changes) from Basic Strategy based upon the count.
If you know where to find one, please give a link or tell me the website name.
I am using the Hi/Low method.

That would depend on your counting system. I would be careful. Some counting systems are based on counting certain cards and giving them certain values. Usually the biggest change in the basic strategy would be when you play against shoe games. Shoe games should be avoided in my opinion. Shoe games are too dependent on random shuffles. You NEVER get that in a casino.
What do you think? Answer below!

The deviations from basic strategy overall tend to provide a more agressive betting strategy and this can get you noticed in the casinos.
Keep this in mind when you play.
Here is a link to the most common deviations: http://www.thedoverpro.com/blackjack/blackjack-basic-strategy-deviation.htm
Good luck!
Ok, before you read this list, heres a bit of info.
You will see small varriance in index numbers, this is because of how they were created, index numbers will varry slightly based on the number of decks in play, additionally, some numbers are created as “risk averse” or RA indexes, which are different from true indexes.
RA indexs are set at a point whre the ev from making the deviations is substantial enough to keep your ROR minimised, if you care about that sort of thing, while true indexes are set at the exact point where the ev for the deviation is equal to the ev of the basic strategy action.
99% of the time the authors of the index numbers wont label them for what kind they are, or how many decks were used when figuring them.
That said, these are the index numbers i use for multideck and the hi/lo for s17 games, they are to my best knowledge true indexes for maximum return.
