Question by Stephen B: Any tips/winning strategies for online blackjack?
I just started learning and playing online blackjack and I need more strategies. A lot of this gambling/card “lingo” is still new to me, so english translation would help quite a lot.

My strategies so far is whenever I have say 10 or 11 and the dealer has 9,10,11, I always double, most of the time it works. Also, whenever I land on 18-20, I always stand. Other than that I don’t really know how to take advantage of Surrender or other hitting strategies, etc..

Can anyone help?

The best way to learn palying blackjack is read some books. They are all available in your public library for free. Also look at website http://bj21.com you’ll see some good advise there also. It’s really an even game unless you create the wrong strategies. In Las Vegas they have single decks but unfortunately some casinos pay 5 to 6, The older casino still pays 1 and 1/2 of your original bet. If you’re playing for fun, enjoy it.
