yes — you can purchase one of those little cards all over the place in Vegas. You will see lots of people using them.

Absolutely. Some casinos even have blackjack classes where they give those out for free in the mornings.
They sell them in the casino gift shops and don’t care at all if you use them. The odds still favor the house, so they know you are giving them your money either way.
Be more in tune to the other players. Some will get antsy if you take a long time to make your move. Go to an uncrowded table.
Yes, you can, but you’ll look foolish. It’s really not that much info to remember.
