Whenever I play Roulette, I put it all on red because red is faster and everyone likes fast money.
Is this a good strategy?

no this is not a good strategy because while red may be faster, black is bigger. big money is better than fast money. put all your money on black.

As sound as any roulette strategy.
I guess it is as good as 50-50!
It depends how you define good. If your intention is to lose about $5.26 for every $100 you bet, then this is an excellent strategy. If you are hoping to win money on a consistent basis, you are going to be rather disappointed.
