I would like to try a roulette system and I heard of the Mayer system. Does it really work and what is involved?

No!
There is no system to beat roulette! People have been trying systems for decades to try to win consistently at roulette and everyone of them has failed! And if there were a way to beat the game, then the casinos would change the rules to prevent it, just like they have done with blackjack.
Save your money, do not buy this system, or any system that says it can beat roulette. It simply cannot be done!

no. there is no system for beating roulette…they are correct in saying that. I deal it, so I know. Each spin is its own separate random event. Some casinos have a reader board, posted at the table to tell you what numbers have come out. This gives most players a false sense of ‘pattern’ there is NONE! I do know that some dealers can “clock the wheel”, this means they can watch where the wheel is when they are spinning the ball, and usually get it to land in to a certain section of numbers, however…this is cheating, and the ONLY WAY you can come close to beating the casino at roulette.
