Question by linkinparkguy1980: anybody know of any high limit bets in blackjack or baccarat or other games?
i saw in atlantic city caesars you can bet
15,000 baccarat
25,000 blackjack
you don’t need to have higher average bet to do this, you can walk right in and make those kind of bets…..anybody know of any othe casinos with higher bets than this without asking cause these are the set limits for all players

most casinos have a ‘High Roller Club’ some places call them Platinum or Gold Clubs the more u play the house and win the more comped you’ll get if u got the bucks all u have to do is ask the Concierge he/she will hook u up.

Question by Kyll: How to apply high low card counting strategy to the actual game (blackjack)?
I am just learning this for fun, and I know what cards are -1, 0 or +1. The thing is, I was playing and I don’t know how to apply the actual knowledge of counting the cards to the game itself.

Like I had a count of 9, what should I do? What is the strategy that I should think about as to deciding whether I ‘hit’ or ‘stand’?

You need to either read a book or do a lot more research on-line. To do it correctly, counting cards is very difficult.

The basics are this: The higher the count is, the more money you should bet. The catch is, you also have to take into consideration how many decks are still left in the shoe. Like I said, there is a LOT to this. One more thing – Unless you are a highly advanced card counter, you should not be altering your Basic Strategy based on the count. (When to hit/stand/split, etc.)

If you really are going to pursue it, do it out of fun. Don’t expect to gain any sort of edge over the house any time in the near future. “Fun” is the key word. I’m glad you said that’s why you’re learning this.

I’m wondering if anyone out there knows of an online casino where the roulette wheel is a European roulette wheel (single zero) with a one dollar starting bet minimum and a table limit of at least $ 100.
In response to one of the answers…all I can do is sigh. No, not the martingale system. That system is mathematically certain to fail. The best you can do on a roulette table is even the odds and that’s the very best and it’s very difficult to do. This is for fun and recreation, not making my fortune.

I’m surprised to discover how little information there in on the internet on this subject. Someone somewhere must have compiled this info. However, so far the best I could find was here:

That post lists 00 inside betting limits on roulette at Caeser’s, and ,000 limits on blackjack, with a player allowed to play a maximum of 3 spots (so you could stake ,000 total on three hands at one time).
