I’m afraid you can’t find any because there aren’t any. If you really want to play then you’ll need to get yourself a moneybookers or neteller account.

Question by trapt246: is it illegal in costa rica to have a “casino” that has live games for online but no players there betting?
They have blackjack, roulette, and bacarat all are online and use live dealers and a live roulette wheel. But I read that the only legal casino’s in costa rica must be located at/in a 3 star or better hotel and all others would be imprisoned. Also read that the game of roulette is outlawed in Costa Rica? Any info. on this? Thanks.

Is there a online casino that US players can play at and you can spin the roulette wheel without making a bet?

Question by Jbristow88: Is there a online casino that US players can play at and you can spin the roulette wheel without making a bet?
I have been looking everywhere for a online casino that me (a US player) can play at. But not only that I need one that you can spin the roulette wheel, and not have to place a bet. I want to play for real money, but I want to be able to spin the wheel as many times as I want before I make a bet. There are tons of casinos for the UK, and other countries that allow this, but is there one that US players are allowed to play at to that allows spinning the wheel without betting? Thank you.

I have never heard of that here in the U.S. I have been to many casinos and they have never seen them let someone do that.

Q&A: Is there any disadvantage to the casino by letting players bet multiple spots at the same amount at blackjack?

Question by crucialdetailing: Is there any disadvantage to the casino by letting players bet multiple spots at the same amount at blackjack?
I would like to know if it is a disadvantage for casinos to allow players that are playing multiple hands at blackjack to make equal bets. For example. A player is playing 3 spots at table max. Table max is $ 100. He is betting $ 100 $ 100 $ 100. Does this create a disadvantage to the casino as apposed to letting them bet progressivly?

If betting this way created a disadvantage for the casino, they wouldn’t let you do it.

Where online are really good blackjack strategy charts? Recommended by good players?
Question by Kevin: Where online are really good blackjack strategy charts? Recommended by good players?
Hey Im just new to the casinos and the main 3 games there are slots, blackjack, and poker. I dont like slots….I’m good at poker…but I want to get acquainted with blackjack. So can anyone here recommend me good charts like http://www.casinosofchoice.co.za/online%20blackjack%20chart.GIF or something like that.
Any advice? How many decks does a dealer use? Im good at math.

Looks like you already found yourself a good chart. Basic strategy is pretty solid, with a couple moves being “up to the player”. The most famous of these is a 16 versus dealer 7 or higher. The decision is usually pick one and stick with it. I personally stay unless it’s versus dealer Ace, and many of my friends always hit it.
Most casinos use anywhere between 4 and 8 decks in traditional blackjack. There are face down one deck blackjack tables at some casinos though.

Can casinos cheat players?
Question by pachl@sbcglobal.net: Can casinos cheat players?
Please, only answer with serious replies, preferably based on some real-world experience.
I am living in Europe. The casinos here seem to be rigged against the players. This is not some sour grapes observation; I have been very analytical in my observations. I’ve even taken friends with me to verify the statistics I was storing up.
First, let’s talk about blackjack: one casino uses an automatic card dealing machine. There are times when it seems impossible the dealer is getting so lucky: often 80% of the time he starts with an ace, ten, or face card. One day I visited two casinos, and in both places the dealer had an ace as his first card three times in a row.
On those rare occasions when the dealer doesn’t start with a strong hand, he magically gets 21. Not 19 or 20, but 21. One night, we started mocking the dealer because it became ridiculous. About 90% of the time, he’d have five, six, ten (face card). It was never five, seven, ten or anything. But always those three cards to equal 21. This happened at least 20 times within 90 minutes.
Roulette: some of my friends are convinced that the casino somehow uses magnets to influence the ball. One oddity: on about five occasions recently, I switched my chip from one number to a split between two numbers. So, while I started with a chip on Five, at the last moment I switched it to Four/Five.
Guess what? EACH TIME I won.
It seems statistically that this is not just some aberration. I moved a chip to one of the only numbers that wasn’t being played… and it won…. five out of five times.
Suspicious?
Please, do not answer with the typical:
1) You’ve got a selective memory
2) It all evens out in the end
These occurences seem to deny statistics. In fact, I just returned from the casino. I was getting such abominable cards that I had them switch the table from Blackjack to Pontoon. I quintupled my money in about an hour. In other words, the cards were so abominable, that getting a 5-card pontoon was actually a winning strategy.
To the first respondant who commented, “you are seeing statistics that aren’t really there, just trying to justify your losses”, that is not true. As I said, I even took friends there to help me keep statistical count.
Here in Europe I think that inspection is lax and not frequent. Also, if it’s like everything else here, there is corruption.
Also, it’s not just me. I have seen pros playing (yes, I am taking their word for it, that they gamble so frequently it’s like a profession) who lost about ,000 in a day. The cards they would get were ridiculously bad. For example, they’d split aces against a six, get a three and a four, and the dealer magically draws an ace (here, the dealer only gets one card at the beginning; he draws last).
While this is not proof of cheating, a few times the ball has literally bounced out of the number it landed in, almost like it was getting some invisible whack.
As I said, some friends here are convinced that the casinos are cheating.

Well, you really don’t expect casinos to just give you a fair chance at winning at their games right? Of course its “rigged” against you, and by rigged I mean its preset such that the casino will win maybe 63% of the time, but people will win occasionally, 37%. The reason being is that they want to win a profit like most businesses do, but by letting you win a sometimes, you think you can keep winning and actually make money, and in return, you spend more money. I really doubt they are using slights of hands or any real rigging, such as tampering or cheating to win. You have to consider that these people are so trained to minimize loss and will be fired if they lose too much money for the casino. I think this is how it works anyways.
Edit: This is from a USofA perspective. You may just be getting fustrated and you are seeing statistics that aren’t really there, just trying to justify your losses.

It’s could be you have unknowingly placed an extra chip on the edge of the inside betting area of the table that you might have missed noticing giving you a street bet or a double street. Have done it myself in the past. But if not, then as you say an unusual mistake has occurred. Never come across a software error before.
Another point to make is when you bet real money you are given comps or complimentary chips as a percentage of what you are wagering. But these comps are not automatically added to your balance, you have to retrieve them from the comps menu. Gaining a large amount of comps this way is viewed as a form of cheating. I doubt very much that that has happened though as you would need to have wagered large amounts per spin.
Knowing what casino you played at would help as I’d like to test it myself lol. Good luck and all the best, Moses.
