Question by greg: Would it be possible for a dog to learn blackjack?
Would a dog have the cognitive ability to learn a game such as blackjack or even be able to memorize patterns in such a way that it could play. I understand that the dog probably could not learn how to count or reason with strategy I am just wondering if you could teach him to hit or stay.

Basic Strategy, combined with bets that fluctuate based on the best card counting method. Say I played a million games using the method above at a standard blackjack table, and I start with $ 100. What would my profit be?

You would end up with around $ 100,000

This means that you get good cards everytime and can double down every single time. Although this is highly unlikely you never know. Anything can happen.

It is not possible to be sure of the odds of winning any luck based computer game because the odds can be easily modified by who ever controls the game, although this is illegal if playing for real currency. As for an automated system, that would be illegal if playing for real currency.

How is card counting possible given that casino’s shuffle the cards in blackjack? I don’t know what card counting is exactly, but I don’t see how it could work

also, what are the odds of the player coming out a winner given that it pays 3:2?

A lot of casinos don’t suffle the cards after each hand, they shuffle 6 or 8 decks at once then go through them all. That’s what you are counting.

That second question means nothing. Coming out a winner at what? 3:2 might mean 40%, but if you are talking about something in a casino, they don’t pay out the true odds on the games.

For the low house advantage games. is it possible for gambling to become a consistant profit? Of course you will have those unlucky days and those lucky days, but in the long run, with the proper strategy, is it possible to make a profit? Thanks

Casino games are all games of luck. Lady Luck is with you one day and against you the next. The only game that one could make a living out of would be Blackjack by counting cards. But casinos can ban anyone for no reason, and they will ban you for card counting. Stick with your day job.

A lot of people remember only when they lose, because they like to say that they have bad luck and etc, all is against them. Casino games ( it is the same whether they are online or in casino) are always made to make profit for the casino, mathematically you have less chances to win, the margin is always small in the casino games, something like 53% chance for the casino and 47% for you, but in the long term those percentages prove to be working in favor of the casino, sure if you plan to try your luck for one night that is not a big factor. You can win in short term, but never in long term. Its the same with craps. A tip is that you can win from online casinos from the bonuses they offer, but they require you to wager the money a lot, before years it was easier to win money like that.

Okay – now I’m sure there probably some “kink” in this strategy and I’m sure somebody thought of this by now but here goes anyway. The normal minimum at an Atlantic City roulette wheel is $ 15. What prevents you from doing this if you had a nice fat bankroll? You take 15 bucks and put it on red. If red wins, great. If not, you bet on red. This way, if you win, you just covered your loss and made $ 15 profit. If red loses, than you bet $ 90. If red loses, bet 180. If you win, you just covered the past losses and made profit. I can’t see a flaw in this and have tried it with good results on Hoyle Casino for about 1/2 hour.

Can someone see a flaw in this? I know that you got to have a pretty large bankroll to play with just in case you have to keep covering losses but the law of averages says that you have almost a 50/50 chance of winning (curses to 0 and 00 !! )

The problem is a flaw in your logic. There is always the possibility that it will hit black 10 times in a row. Then you’ll be out all your money. If you have an infinite banroll you should be able to always end up with about a profit, which won’t make you rich.

No. It’s not possible. In fact you just need to know what will happen 10 seconds in the future. If you are good in pendulum dowsing and you are not greedy you may have success. It may be the best strategy to overcome house edge at online roulette for we know no human knowledge can help us.
