yes — you can purchase one of those little cards all over the place in Vegas. You will see lots of people using them.

I always lose at the slot machines. Slots looks like its pre determined if you win or not. Blackjack looks like its pure random luck and it doesnt feel like im getting cheated. I havent lost yet playing blackjack but that may be that i was really lucky.

Im playing in the oklahoma indian casinos.
I dont believe it about the dealer putting an ace when your not looking. Im never not looking.

id say slot machine . because Black Jack Dealers have there cards set up to were the always win like 95% of the time . what they do is they always have a ace in the back of the deck and when your not lookng they will slip that ace onto the table and then flip it over for them and then they would have 21 . with slots . you would have 50 50 chance of winning something

Absolutely no problem. The casinos are happy to have you there. They don’t mind if you play perfect Basic Strategy, because they know they will still win your money over the long run.

I haven’t memorized basic strategy for black jack and i was wondering if i can write it down or print it off or look at it on my blackberry while i’m at the table? would i be allowed to do this in a casino or would i get kicked out?

I doubt that they would kick you out unless the pitboss is incompetent.

Even if you use perfect strategy, the house still has a slight edge (about 0.5%, give or take depending on the exact rules.)

So there’s no reason to kick you out; they’re making money off you!

I’m wondering if anyone out there knows of an online casino where the roulette wheel is a European roulette wheel (single zero) with a one dollar starting bet minimum and a table limit of at least $ 100.
In response to one of the answers…all I can do is sigh. No, not the martingale system. That system is mathematically certain to fail. The best you can do on a roulette table is even the odds and that’s the very best and it’s very difficult to do. This is for fun and recreation, not making my fortune.

It’s not difficult.

Once you understand the game, most of the strategy choices are common sense (allowing the dealer to bust, etc)

Question by K-bo: Does anyone know how the table minimums in Atlantic City work?
I am going to be in Atlantic City area this weekend and wish to stop over sometime when the blackjack tables are down to $ 10 minimum and that Texas Hold em bonus game is down to a $ 5 minimum. Do the casinos go by certain times where they increase their minimums? If so what are these schedules and what casinos are the lowest minimums?

Yes casinos will change their minimums based on “traffic”. There may be general patterns, but I don’t beleive they have a set schedule for this. It is up to the management at the time to see how the crowds are.

So the peek times will have higher minimums. The higher class the casino the higher the minimum. So your best chance of lower minimums will be to go to the smaller casinos at off times, such as weekdays and early mornings.

Not the regular 8-9 player Texas Hold ‘Em. This is played on a blackjack-style table with only 5-6 spots at most. It has ante, play, and bonus betting circles.

I saw it at Trump casino the last time I was there, but that was about a year ago. They only had one table set up and it wasn’t opened yet so I didn’t get to play.

I will not accept “don’t bet” “own the casino” “guess the right number/color” and other ridiculous answers.

Here’s the info.
-the wheel is digital
Meaning it can’t be changed physically like notching the edges
And you can’t hook a machine up to it to measure the speed of deceleration etc
-the ball is digital
No bouncing etc
-there is no dealer
So there is no dropping the ball or getting a bearing or stacking the odds via dealer
-there are no bet limits
Any where from 1- 999999 chips
-you can only take out 100 chips every 24 hours
The chips can not be cashed in and can only be used as currency within the casino for various prizes

The layout is
37 slots ranging from 0 green to 36 black
The pattern being green red black red black red black and so on
You can bet on any number
And another space for 1-12 13-24 and 25-36
Then spaces for black and red

Odds, strategies, etc would be appreciated
For layout on the table.
The slots are clockwise
Green, Red,Black and so on.
