I think it was funny but, I don’t like him. There is just something about him I can’t stand. Anyway if I had to choose a winner I guess I would go with Renny. I don’t have a favorite this year.

Okay roulette gamblers I believe I may have uncovered a good strategy to consistently win what do you think?

Question by Charles: Okay roulette gamblers I believe I may have uncovered a good strategy to consistently win what do you think?
It goes like this: place a twenty five dollar chip on the high twelves and on the medium twelves and leave it there. Then put a five dollar chip on the zero and five dollar chip if there is double zero and leave it there. Now just spin and win or lose just keep repeating the same bet over and over again without ever doubling up. You’ll see that you will be far ahead very quickly because you are covering two thirds of the bets verses only one third for the house.
Okay Greg you may be correct, but why not try my strategy and see for your self at this free roulette table http://www.dashelc.com/play-roulette-for…

It’s mathematically impossible to gain advantage. Don’t believe me, generate 10,000 random numbers in excel and use a formula to calculate net wins…
About the only game it is possible to gain advantage in is blackjack, and that is probably only 0.05%.with an 8-deck shoe

Roulette fans what do you think of my simple two step strategy that will help you win most of the time?
Question by Charles: Roulette fans what do you think of my simple two step strategy that will help you win most of the time?
Since roulette has no mind or memory my idea is to make the ball do complex uniform steps to beat me. i.e. Let’s say I’m betting on Red and if roulette is to beat me it has to land on BLACK and if I switch to BLACK the ball has to then land on RED and so on and so forth. Therefore, no matter where the ball lands I’ll switch to that color and the ball will have to switch to the opposite color to beat me. This strategy I assume has probably been tried by many roulette players on the road to bankruptcy, it’s called chasing the dog back and forth (RED, BLACK, RED, BLACK) back and forth until you run out of cash. However, if I set-up a betting strategy that the ball would have to follow to beat me i.e. I bet on BLACK and the ball falls into RED and instead of me following by switching to RED I stay betting on BLACK until the ball fall into the RED slot twice in a row and then I’ll switch to RED. In order for it to beat me it would have to go RED, RED, BLACK, BLACK, RED, RED, BLACK, BLACK and that’s not going to happen, way too much logic for a mindless roulette wheel, unless there’s a midget under the table controlling the wheel, lol. but I don’t think so. My wagers would be a twenty-five dollar chip on the BLACK or RED with a buck on the 0 and a buck on the 00. This strategy should beat the HELL out of any roulette wheel in the long run no matter what Einstein said. What do you think?
Holy cow gang I do believe I rattled everyone’s cages today but you all misunderstood my detailed explanation so I’ll try to simplify.
Step 1. I’ll place a chip on RED and keep betting RED and winning until BLACK comes up twice in a row then I’ll switch to BLACK and keep betting BLACK and winning until RED comes up twice and switch. See how simple this strategy is. There is no waiting for any long sequences to appear before I bet because I’m betting on every spin of the wheel. Also there’s no doubling up or down I just stick to my bet of on the RED or BLACK and a buck on the 0 and a buck on the 00. Because if the zeros come up I lose my and then I make since they pay 35 to 1. Sweet huh.
The reason I tell you all this is because I’m flying in to Las Vegas at the end of the month and I thought one of you gamblers could test my strategy and let me know how you did before I land.
Best of luck to all and save some winnings for me your humble real estate investor. lol.
Aw shucks, I got in too late to read all my emails and answers from you gagsters, but if I did I would have cried myself to sleep and woke up this morning with puffy eyes and a soft-on. Fortunately the reverse of the above is true and since I can’t get a straight answer from some of you clowns I’m gonna have to block you from any future serious encounters by saying Adioats-Ame-Goats. lol.

In the long run, the roulette wheel will beat the player every time.
Unless you are a super talented mathmatician with the speciality of probability there is no way you can work out where the ball will land, even then you would be right as often as you’re wrong…it’s random, and the players ability to win from placing bets is based on luck. Even if you can work out the probable color, it doesn’t mean the ball will land there. What is there to stop the ball landing RED, RED, BLACK, BLACK etc..? I’ve seen the ball land BLACK, seven or eight times in a row before. After three or four times, you’re thinking well, it’s definitely gonna be RED now…nope. BLACK again.
The only way I have ever won money on roulette is through luck. With the 0, and 00 on the wheel you have less than 50/50 chance if you only bet on RED or BLACK.
I have traditionally bet either RED or BLACK and the 0′s, covering 50% of what can happen, but I tend to just randomly choose which color to place my bet on (although having just witnessed seven BLACKS in a row, would probably bet on RED!).
I have been successful using this method, but only on a short term basis. I got some 0′s and bet big on a few colors…the longer you play the less likely you are to come out on top because you start getting into the complicated math of probability.
The best way to play roulette? – Bet Once, Bet Big, Win or Not – Walk away.

What do you think about this Roulette strategy?
Question by physical_graffiti402: What do you think about this Roulette strategy?
Betting on the outside on the 2 to 1 field. Waiting til you see 2 (columns or 12 secitons) in a row at least and then betting on 2 fields. So you are betting 2 to win 1 but your odds of winning are roughly 64%-65%.
ZCT,
you said, ”Thus one column is not going to be ‘hot’ nor is it going to be ‘due.’”
True, it’s not going to be “due”. But there are odds from that perspective. It would be like flipping a coin and saying that you would get tails 5 times in a row. The odds of getting tails 2 times in a row is more probably than 5 times in a row. Same theory.
“One” column may not be due. But a column other than “one” may be due….theoretically.

So you bet, let’s say on two of three columns.
You will win that bet on average 24/37 times or 64.86% of the time.
So let’s take 370 spins.
You spend per spin, for a total of ,700.
240 spins win you , but you will lose one of your two bets of .
130 spins lose you .
So you win ,400. You lose ,300. But of course you also lost a bet each time you won for another ,200.
So with a win of ,400 but a loss of ,500, you are down 0 for your 370 spins.
Of course these are just some averages, over the short term anything could happen. But in the long term it would end up something like my example.
The only part of your plan I don’t understand what you meant by ‘Waiting til you see 2′ If what you mean is waiting for some specific occurrence of the roulette wheel before betting, then your idea is even more fundamentally flawed, because the wheel has no memory and every spin on a proper roulette wheel is random, and previous spins have no bearing at all on future events.
Thus one column is not going to be ‘hot’ nor is it going to be ‘due.’
So what you have in essence is a REALLY boring way of wasting 0 over several hours of play. Just send me the 0, and then watch the movie Battlefield Earth. Then you’ll still have the boredom, and save yourself the gas going to the casino.

Is this a WINNING las vegas gambling roulette strategy???? I THINK THAT IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!!?
Question by zachifield: Is this a WINNING las vegas gambling roulette strategy???? I THINK THAT IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!!!?
Would this strategy actually work?
you bet 1.
if you lose, you bet 2, if you win, you bet 1 again.
if you bet 2 and lose, you bet 4, then if you lose that, you bet 8, then 16, then 32 ect.
whenever you win, you bet 1 the next round.
so lets say you had 1,000 bucks. you bet 1 and lose, 999
you bet 2 and lose 997
then you bet 4 and lose 993
then you bet 8 and win and then have 1001, then it starts over again.
would this work???

you’re basing that on the fact that at some point you will win. You could just keep picking the wrong one… over and over and over again. Its called bad luck – so – NO its not foolproof!
