do you think you can make money playing roulette on line like this….?

Question by joeyjoejo: do you think you can make money playing roulette on line like this….?
do you think you can make money online playing roulette with just betting black? if you start at a dollar and if you lose just double your bet and ad a dollar. that way you will win before you hit the max bet because black has to come up. im just not sure if you can push the spin button or have to wait for it to spin its self. because if you have to wait then it would be a long time before you make any real money. do you think they would kick you off the site for doing that? or maybe you should rotate sites or even lose a little at another game so to not look like your ripping them off . i dont even know if it would work but i would like to try.
i have tried it and it does work only if you start at a dollar. if you start at any more you will hit your max bet. what might be even better if you could find a site that will let you bet less then a dollar just to be safe.

This roulette system worked, then suddenly it didnt. Can they rig the table online?

online roulette

Question by David: This roulette system worked, then suddenly it didnt. Can they rig the table online?
I bought this system on ebay (Check the guys feedback) and on average I was making £47 (About $ 95) an hour. I got up to $ 600 with only one loss and now I can’t stop losing. Its a system where you write down the previous 6 results. For example if Red comes up 6 times in a row, you bet on black and keep doubling up until it comes in 11 times. And if 6 low/medium numbers come up in a row you bet on High etc.

Why did this work and then suddenly it doesn’t? I would have to be EXTREMELY lucky to win constantly in a row (out of this world lucky) this system was working for 3 days straight with only one loss and now suddenly it just doesnt work. Did the site catch on to it and change the probability in the roulette wheel?

Here’s the guys ebay feedback from where I bought it from.

http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&userid=paul_nufc_87&ftab=AllFeedback&myworld=true

As you can see it seems to be working for everyone else.

I dont know why you bought this “system”. Its easy to make systems like that. Roulettes doesnt have memory and if something came 6 times in a row it doesnt mean it wont come again 6 times.

How do online casinos allow you to use £300 free. Dont they lose a huge amount of money on this kind of promo

How do online casinos allow you to use £300 free? For example, http://www.1st-casinos.co.uk/go.php?id=435

Dont they lose a huge amount of money on this kind of promo from people that just sign up, use the free money and then never come back? What is the typical retention rate of an online poker room or roulette game?

Casinos never lose money. Giving you that initial free cash is like a dope dealer giving a free sample to a druggie. They know that customer is coming back and paying the next time.

(Blackjack question) Do you agree with the double down and split strategy in this question?

blackjack strategy

Question by Kevin: (Blackjack question) Do you agree with the double down and split strategy in this question?
I’ve been using the strategy chart off of http://wizardofodds.com/blackjack/strategy/4deck.html and it has really brought my blackjack game up a lot since I first began playing not long ago. It’s a great chart and teaches a lot….I just wanted to know if some professional/really good blackjack players agreed with some areas of the chart here though.

I find that some of the double downs are aggressive and maybe a little too loose. When I have a 11 I usually don’t double down against a dealer 10/9……and when I have a ten I don’t like doubling against a dealer 9.

The aces double downs look good to me.

I don’t have a lot of knowledge about splits…are they ok here? I normally only split aces.
to legfu: lol that wasn’t really what I meant. I was just looking for some good players on here to give an argument that would prove my thoughts wrong basically.

You are asking if pros agree with it? The guy that does that website is a pro. His charts are percentages wise correct, but if you just want to hit an 11 against a 10, go ahead… it’s not like you are giving up a ton of value… just a little.

Is this a good blackjack strategy?

Question by George G: Is this a good blackjack strategy?
So say I start with 1000 dollars. Bet 5 dollars a hand. When I lose, I double the bet, meaning that the loss is recouped. If you lose twice, double it again, betting 20. Keep doubling until you win, and you are back to even plus your original bet. Foolproof?

Because the chances of losing 6 or 7 hands in a row is so slim, there is little to no chance of losing.

Tell me what you think.

Best answer:

Answer by Eric C
that is very risky, it is very possible to loose 7 straight hands. a better idea would be to get a betting chart for black jack, they are very common and often come free wiht a set of chips, it tells you what the best way to play in a given situation, for example when to hit, stay, double down, split and so on. it is made to give you the best statistical chance of winning without actually bending the rules (card counting, ect.)

Baccarat: What do you think of this way of making money on Baccarat?

Question by hero_gt350: Baccarat: What do you think of this way of making money on Baccarat?
I have not tried it, but this is my hypothesis. Let’s say I go to the casino ONE A DAY, and GET OUT of the casino once I make $ 100 based on this strategy: Here it is: I bet $ 100 on the player on my frist bet. If I win it, I take my $ 100 profit, and go home till I come back to casino tomorrow. If I lose it, I bet $ 200 on player AGAIN. If I win my second bet, I recover my previous lost $ 100 and take $ 100 profit, and go home again till I come back next day. If I lose it, I bet $ 400 this time on player AGAIN to recover the 300 and win $ 100. So if I lose the 400 again , my strategy will be betting on player 800, then 1600, then 3200, then 6400 and then 12800. Now the odds of getting a consecutive banker on the first 8 bets is almost 0.04 % = 4 out of ten thousand days = 1 day out of 2,500 days = Only once in seven years .
So I will win $ 36,500 a year = 255,500 dollars in 7 years, and lose 25,500 one in those seven years, or lets even say the odds are 4 times higher, and I lose about 100k. This way I have still made 155k in 7 years by spending about 30 mins in casino everyday.
Please tell me what is wrong with my hypothesis?
*Of course, I should be able to afford losing 25k if the bad case shows up right at the begining, but that is another issue.
MY BAD! the odds of 8 consec. bankers is 0.4% = 4 out of 1000, which is 4 times in 3 years—> almost once a year. SO I still win 36,500 dollars a year, and lost 25,500 once, which leaves me with 11k a year. Sorry about the miscalculations in the original post.
Dude, but I was in Wynn Las Vegas a week ago, and there were people betting 50k on each bet. How about that?

Q&A: Would this strategy work playing BlackJack in a casino?

Question by Sally2dicks: Would this strategy work playing BlackJack in a casino?
Everytime you loose you double the bet on the next hand until you win again. At the point you win, you have won back all your loses. You would need a big bank roll.

If you bet $ 10 a hand, the next would cost $ 20, then $ 40, $ 80, $ 160, $ 320.

Once you win you switch back to your regular betting of $ 10.

Best answer:

Answer by Ronald
Good Evening Sally2dicks,

Sounds good? I call that chasing bad money. Why would you risk $ 320 in order to win $ 10 ?
You sound like a horse player. Bookies love it. That kind of betting is for losers. It took me about 7 years to be a winner. I have been playing for forty (40) years.

I finally learned to carry $ 50 (no more) to the casino. I would play Lo Ball. If I loss the $ 50, I would have to go home. The following two weeks I would do the same thing. If I won $ 300, I would only come back two weeks later with $ 50. I became a winner. Some gamblers never learn.

I would see gamblers lose $ 50. Return with $ 300 and still lose. Never chase bad money. Rule #1 for a real winner.

By the way. Could your heart take it if you had to put up $ 10240? Or maybe you don’t think you could lose that many times. If your answer is no, than you have a lot to learn.

I play $ 500 buy in, no limit Texas Hold em twice a month. I am too good to play blackjack. I count cards. They have kicked me out of to many casinos.

Have a great night, from Los Angeles.

Will this Roulette method work with US online casinos?

Question by Shinobi: Will this Roulette method work with US online casinos?
I saw this as as pop up, and after reading it, found it interesting. However, the casinos he suggests, are not for US players. I don’t know anything about gambling, so I was curious if you guys think his method for roulette will work with online casinos for US players?

http://www.abcmoneymakingsystem.com/aunz/flag/thankyou.html

I ask, cause after visiting an online casino, when I clicked on roulette, one said ‘American Roulette’. Does that mean there are different rules for different types of roulette? Thanks a lot for any responses.

Best answer:

Answer by Vegas Matt
His system won’t work at any casino, that’s why he’s selling it. If anyone had a winning roulette system, they’d be a million many times over.

Anyway, American roulette has 00 and 0. European roulette has only one 0. That’s the difference. If he’s only offering his system to non-US players, it’s because he doesn’t get a kickback from the online casino he’s pimping for signing up US players.
