I was playing Baccarat in a Casino they have a long LCD screen that display Play Tie and Banker. People read that and play from it. What is that called and is there any tips to read that?

It is similar to the tower in roulette. People watch for trends in the shoe and bet accordingly.

There are only 3 possible bets in baccarat: player, banker, or tie. The history display (there’s no special name for it) just shows the results from the last 50 hands or so.
People who play baccarat are usually quite superstitious, so they look for streaks and patterns in the hand results. This is just like players who play roulette and look for streaks of red or black rolls. They used to give out paper cards and pencils for these games that players could fill out themselves, but now the casinos do the work for you on these screens.
