Which is the easiest casino card game out of the following?

Question by Amanda M: Which is the easiest casino card game out of the following?
I am totally a beginner. I’ve been playing hold em’ online, but realize that there is a big difference between the online game and real game. I’m trying to work on reading people’s bets, and seeing what they could possibly have with the flop, turn, etc…

Anyways! I’m going to this small card only casino Friday with my BF and want to have a little fun, but dont want to completely throw away my money. Which would be the easiest game for a beginner to learn or should I possibly just stick with hold em? I feel a little intimidated being a girl sitting at a table with people who probably know the game really well.

These are the games at this casino (Its really small)

No Limit Hold ‘em
Blackjack
Pan 9
Seven Card Stud
Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo Split
3 Card Poker
EZ Baccarat
Pai Gow Tiles
Joker’s Wild Pai Gow Poker
Texas Hold’ em
Pai Gow Poker
Omaha Hi-Lo Split
Omaha

First time. Jump around a bit. Maybe you will have some good ‘ol beginners luck at one or more of these games. Personally I like Pai Gow Poker. A person can make $ 20.00 last quite a while. (most of the time) With a little luck?? You have to sit at the poker table for a spell just to get your feet wet.

Have a good time.. Just remember where the “cash out” button is when your ahead..

There is absolutely, positively, only ONE correct answer to this question.

If you’re talking about the EASIEST card game, then you’ve got to consider Baccarat.

It is as simple as this: You decide to place your money on “Player” or “Banker”. That’s it! You’re done! There are NO MORE decisions to be made.

The rules for how the cards are played are actually quite complex, but it DOESN’T MATTER to you because the casino will always play the cards out according to those very strict rules. You ONLY need to decide where to put your money, then ALL the other choices will be made by the people dealing the game. When it’s all over, they will tell you which choice was the winner. (“Player” or “Banker”.)

There are NO GAMES ANYWHERE that are as simple as Baccarat.

Here is just a little more information to help you make your choice as to whether to place your money on “Player” or “Banker” if you decide to play Baccarat.

If you bet “Player” and win, you get paid 1 to 1 on your money. No strings attached. (So if you bet $ 5, you’ll WIN $ 5 in profit.)

If you bet “Banker” and win, you get paid 1 to 1 on your money also, HOWEVER, you will also be charged a 5% commission which you are required to pay. So for ever $ 5 that you make in profit, you will owe the casino 25 cents. They will keep track for you, so you can just pay this commission once in a while. Perhaps you wait until you owe them $ 2, then pay off the 2-dollar commission.

This whole commission thing seems rather complicated, but it’s not. The dealers will keep track of all that for you and let you know when you owe them money.

Last thing to know – Obviously because you have to owe a commission on “Banker” wagers, the “Banker” bet will win more often than the “Player” wager. When you take into account how often you win with “Banker”, yet how much you owe in commission, the “Banker” bet ends up being a VERY SLIGHTLY better bet than the “Player” bet. The advantage of the “Banker” bet is SO slight that you really shouldn’t even worry about it. Bet whichever you feel is “lucky”.

EASIEST??? Hands down, it’s Baccarat. One more good thing about the game – you can NOT make a mistake in this game. (Unlike SO many other card games.)

***One more thought – Do NOT bet any money on the “Tie” option. This is a sucker bet.

Poker tables definitely involve more skill in reading, betting and bluffing, but overall a poker table can easily be the cheapest option at a casino. For example if you’re at an 8-10 handed table and there is no ante, then the absolute most you’ll have to spend every 15 minutes or so is your small and big blind. Since you always have the option to fold you can control the rate of your betting a lot more easily. For other table games (in particular blackjack) dealers are trained to deal very quickly, which means the hands go by just as quickly, which means you’re betting and potentially losing more often..

I would have to say Black Jack

You try getting closer to 21 then the dealer, without going over 21.

If you are the closest to 21 without going over, you win. If you go over, you lost.

There are different styles to playing (what numbers you should take another card on, and what numbers to stay on), but this is the basic point to the game.

Blackjack is one of the easiest casino game. It is easier to learn and it has a great house edge. You don’t have to be a gambling expert to pick it up, nor in order to win. All you need is some simple guidance as to how to play the game. For more information on blackjack you may check this link http://www.onlineblackjacklist.com

    Baccarat. Definitely

pdq has got it 100% spot on. The other games have a couple of more difficult rules that you would need to learn to play them successfully. If you play hold’em regularly however, you would not have too much trouble with the other card games.

I’d suggest staying away from the other poker games for a start. If I could list them in order of how easy they are to play I think the three best options are:
    1. Baccarat
    2. Blackjack
    3. 3 Card Poker

You also don’t need to know a lot to get started with the other two, but if you only take the advise from pdq your off to a great start.
